THE CONTEST AND THE CONTEST PERIOD
Aviara Sales Inc.’s O’Doul’s Taste Drive Contest (the “Contest”) commenced at 12:00 am March 21, 2009 and concludes 6 months after all entries have been distributed.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all food service on premise business operators in Canada but excluding employees, directors and officers Aviara Sales Inc., any affiliate (as defined in the Canada Business Corporations Act) Aviara Sales, employees, directors and officers of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as family members. Aviara Sales Inc. is not responsible for any entries which are incomplete, lost, stolen, destroyed, delayed, or not transmitted due to technical failure, however caused.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, find the insert in any case of O’Doul’s Premium or O’Doul’s Amber Non Alcoholic Beer that was shipped during the contest. Each insert has a unique code on it. Go to www.Aviara.ca and enter your unique code into the contest entry form and follow the instructions listed there.

ALTERED ENTRIES
Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are reproduced, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

CHANCES OF WINNING
Chances of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received, however, 1 in 5 printed inserts has a winning PIN CODE.

NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
None of Aviara Sales Inc., O'DOUL'S, or any of the Sponsors makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the prizes. Prize winners understand and acknowledge that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from Aviara Sales Inc., O'DOUL'S, or any of the Sponsors should the Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to the Prize winner.

PRIZES TO BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of Prizes is offered.

SUBSTITUTION OR CHANGE TO THE CONTEST
Aviara Sales Inc. and their respective advertising and promotional agencies reserve the right to substitute any Prize or any component thereof, for those of approximately the same value and reserve the right to change the Contest rules or terminate or withdraw the Contest at any time, without prior notice. Aviara Sales Inc. are not responsible for any typographical error in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
All entries shall become the property of Aviara Sales Inc. and their advertising and promotional agencies. The Releasees assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to any failure by Canada Post or technical malfunction of the telephone network, on-line computer systems of equipment, servers, access providers, software, poor reception, technical problems, and failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause.

CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, city, email address, home and office telephone numbers (the “Registrant Information”), each Contest entrant grants permission to Aviara Sales Inc. to the collection and use of the Registrant Information for purposes of conducting the Contest and future correspondence regarding the Contest, O'DOUL'S, and other brands.

All entrants agree to abide by the Contest rules, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of Aviara Sales Inc.

This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada and of each province, territory and municipality of Canada, respectively.
